Meeting 22 September 2016

Meeting Theme:  Coping with Stress

Word of the Day : Specific

Sgt@Arms:  Michael

Toastmaster: Chris Chou spoke to his Stress Theme

and its positives and negatives. Chris kept the Meeting

running smoothly all evening.

Grammarian:  Richard gave his WOD and his summary

of ums and ahs used during the meeting as well as

particular phrases that were used that appealed to him.

1St Speaker: Tracey with "When our Eyes Met" laid

the groundwork for her speech by telling us of her

experiences inEthiopia. TRacey had us hanging on her

words. Well done. Great speech.

2nd Speaker:  Ryan with " Why it is better to die forever".

Ryan talked about the Old Man/Old Woman fable,

over-population,  Man has the 1st say in everything,

and No Sympathy in the World. A very

philosophical seech which made us all sit up and think.

Well done Ryan.
