Word ofthe Day   Intuition

Theme  A funny thing happened . . .

New Member Greg  read the TM Promise

1st Speaker Rebecca with her Icebreaker "Working Holiday Craze"  told us all about obtaining a NZ working holiday visa and then a Residency Visa. Well done Rebecca. Great first speech.

2nd Speaker  Angana with ""What can we do to improve poor memory?"  spoke about the various ways memory loss can affect us. She spoke about "memory slips" (e.g.you forget where you left your keys); "memory block" - under great stress the memory can go blank; "dementia" - damaged brain cells;  "Post Traumatic Memory Loss PTML" - resulting in memory loss from  a life threatening experience e.g. Vietnam war veterans;  and on to memory loss from Alzheimers , vascular incidents and strokes, A very concentrated  speech covering a lot of ground. Excellent speech Angana.

Tabletopics  around the Theme of  - A funny thing happened:

Mark E , Richard,  GreggRyan Jay; all made great short off-the-cuff (from memory) speeches that were well received by their audience..

Great meeting everybody. Looking forward to seeing you all next week.
