Changing or correcting user data 

The member's status in your club (visitor or full member etc), the mentor assigned to them and their membership number with Toastmaster International may be changed through the Club/User screen.

Certain club officers have additional access to change the member's name, telephone numbers and address.
This screen may also be used to show a member's current achievements in Toastmasters (CC etc) or to upload a photograph into their profile.

If you have access to the Club/User screen a small 'edit' icon will show next to the member status for all members on the 'Memberlist' and in various of the Club Charts.
The edit icon will also show next to your club in the 'Toastmaster Clubs' section at the bottom of any member's profile screen.

Users who are computer literate should be encouraged to keep their profile up-to-date for themselves.

Access to this screen, at either level, is available to club officers where the setting in the Club Officer Control Panel for 'Change Member Data' is set as 'Yes'. There are two additional settings in the Control Panel and you may permit certain officers to change a user's personal information or change the e-mail address (the highest permission level)
